The DE system is easy to transport and store as well as quick to set up and reposition because the envelopes are super lightweight. Also, the DE fit onto the industry leading collapsible, portable Mintie ECU frame which makes work faster and more efficient. ECU-CC envelopes can also be purchased to use on the same frame, for customers who decide they prefer the additional options and performance.
When equipment will be used infrequently or because of the application cannot be reused, the DE is the right choice. Buy envelopes on a per job basis and when you are done, throw it away.

This also allows for easy scalability, bigger jobs can be accommodated with more units without a prohibitively large investment in equipment.

The Disposable Envelope provides facilities with a better solution for standardizing compliance with containment regulations. Use can be instituted system wide without a prohibitively large capital goods investment. Frames can be lent to contractors who are required to supply their own envelopes, ensuring that approved containment policies are being followed without relying on unknown third party equipment or risking damage to expensive facility property.
Performance
Advances in plastics technology now allow for strong, lightweight and light penetrating, fire retardant material. The DE is fire retardant to NFPA 701-04 test 1 and passes air permeability to the ASTM D 737-04 standard. Cutting edge materials and design give the DE a level of reliability and performance which has only recently become possible.
